What are active members and inactive members? Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Inactive members have signed up, but haven't clicked links, referred, or participated. Those who had a memory lapse the day they signed up. Inactive members are deleted after 30 days. Am I allowed to have more than one account? We allow one account per household, PERIOD. Unfortunatly abuse of 2 accounts "BY PERMISSION" was abused. How can I log into my account? Log in at http://www.penniesbyemail.com/pages/enter.php My username is incorrect, why? Dunno. If you can't remember, try entering your email address here: http://penniesbyemail.com/pages/enter.php. If you can't remember the email address you used to sign up with welcome to the CRS club! (can't remember..squat) Write us at webmaster@penniesbyemail.com and we will see if we can find you. How can I cancel my account? Log into your members area, click edit personal info, scroll down, enter your password in the form and click cancel.(Be really really sure about this, k?) How can I cancel receiving your newsletters? Your membership in our program allows penniesbyemail.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not permenantly cancel receiving email ads from penniesbyemail.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. You CAN put your account on vacation in your members area, edit member information, but you will not be earning for the period set by you, including referral earnings. How can I change my personal information? Log in to your account and click the "Edit Information" link. You will be able to edit any of your information. I live outside the US, can I join? Yes, we welcome all international members. I have Web-TV, can I join too? Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges. How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails? You are paid 1/2 cent per paid link, 1/4 cent per point link (1 full cent if used for advertising). You will earn a percentage of your downline earnings as well. See the "terms" link for more info. What the heck are points for anyway? Points Values are as follows: 1 point = 1 cent towards advertising or 1/4 cent converted to cash. You can find all currrent available redemptions here Redemptions Do I have to pay to join? Absolutly not! You can reach cashout on your own efforts in a few months, without any referrals at all. Our members are paid by us, not the other way around. Unlike a "pyramid scheme" we pay our members a portion of what advertisers pay us. When can I request payment? You may request payment when your account balance reaches $5 you can request payment via PayPal,E-gold (e-gold users will have to get paid by paypal or send in a scanned identification card on first cashout also there is a 10% fee on e-gold), MoneyBookers, (currenntly no fee) How can I request payment? http://penniesbyemail.com/pages/redeem.php you have earned enough the redeptions you qualify for will automatically appear on your redemption page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.(err... Mary) How and When am I paid? After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment within 30 -90 days or a reasonable time after. Those wishing payout by e-gold must have 1 payment by paypal or you can send us a scanned copy of a government issued identification card (drivers liscense, passport, etc) How can I refer other members? You may place a link with your referral url to penniesbyemail.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers, send smoke signals, tatoo your referral url on your forehead, build a shrine to us, or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. What is my referral link? Your personal referral link can be found here: http://penniesbyemail.com/pages/reflinks.php. What can I earn through referrals? You will earn for 5 referral levels. 15%, 10%, 8%, 7%, and 5%.
